Overview
The programme for the achievement of the New Zealand Certificate in Business - First Line Management (Level 4) has been developed as a work based programme which has the learner identifying team based goals substantial enough to take approximately 48 weeks to achieve. The programme activities include a series of steps designed for the learner to reflect on practice and change his/her behaviour as required. The end result will be a more thoughtful team leader who understands the consequences and impacts which result from the team leader’s input and interactions with the team members.
