Overview
This programme consists of the Core Strand of the qualification with a chosen Specialist Strand to obtain the qualification. This programme is designed to be flexible, to flow in a way that suits the learner and, where applicable, the employer’s needs.
The Core Strand will contain:
- Good conduct obligations, including the advice process and the key elements of legal, ethical, and professional obligations
- Key financial institutions, systems, markets, and products/services
- Key factors in the economic environment that impact participants in the financial services sector.
And depending on the chosen Specialist Strand, the contents will contain:
- Residential property lending concepts, risk factors, products, processes and regulation (Residential Property Lending Strand)
- Life, Disability, and Health insurance concepts, products, processes and regulation (Life, Disability, and Health Insurance Strand)
