The aim of our programme is to provide graduates of the Level 3 programme with continued learning and development opportunities in advanced industrial rope access skills. The Summit programme will enhance the sector overall by providing more qualified and experienced staff who can enter higher level roles within their organisations. Training and assessment will be delivered in accordance with industry best practice as defined in Industrial Rope Access in New Zealand Best Practice Guidelines May 2012 ensuring that learners are working safely and responsibly at heights. The target audience for the programme are existing rope access technicians ready to move into leadership and supervisory positions. Our programme will support them to upskill and become more proficient in their roles become qualified and advance in their career.
